Honeydewphoria

Welcome to Honeydewphoria, the FFXIV community BY trans people, FOR trans- and gender-marginalized people!

About Honeydewphoria

Honeydewphoria aims to provide a safe and fun space for gender-minority warriors of light to chat, play, and celebrate our identities through shared experiences. We are primarily a Final Fantasy XIV Online group based in the Faerie world server on the Aether datacenter.

Tenets

* This is a space made by trans people for others with marginalized gender identities.
* People of any gender minority are welcome here.
* We do everything we can here to keep the space safe.
* We aim to lift each other up, not tear others down.
* We aim to be fair and consistent in the application of our rules.

Who This Community is For (Not Comprehensive)

* Transgender men and women
* Non-Binary people
* Agender People

Who This Community is Not For

* Gender-nonconforming cis people
* Cisgender people in the LGBTQIA+ community
* Cisgender Allies

We love and support all people with GSM (Gender and Sexual minorities) identities here, and we appreciate our allies! That being said, there are many generalized LGBTQIA+/Queer spaces, especially on the Faerie world server. This group is specifically for people who have marginalized gender identities. We do not verify this as we strongly believe in self-identification, but if you are cisgender, we kindly ask that you do not join this community.

NSFW Channel Info

We have some NSFW channels in our discord that require a few extra steps to access:- NSFW Discussion (text only)
- NSFW Media (images allowed)
Additionally, these channels have some special rules in addition to the general server rules:

- You must be 18 years of age or older and consent to these special rules.
- No kinkshaming other members.
- While you are allowed to post nsfw content here, take extra care to make sure that you hide especially sensitive content behind a spoiler. We cannot anticipate everything that requires this, but some exampeles are Gore, Vore, Body Horror, and Violence. If you have any doubts, it never hurts to put it behind a spoiler blocker.
- Some topics are not allowed even in NSFW channels. This includes, but is not limited to: Non-consensual (even consensual non-consent), lolicon, literally anything illegal. If you have to ask whether it is legal, do not post it.

All said and done, exercise more strenuous caution when using these channels than others. NSFW and sexual topics are incredibly personal and sensitive for many, and as such we will be exercising extremely strict moderation of these rules in these channels.Breaking these rules can result in penalties ranging from a warning to removal from the NSFW channels permanently to banning from the server depending on severity of the infraction. Don't worry, you would have to mess up pretty bad to be instabanned. All of this is in service of making this a space where people can explore NSFW topics together safely and have a good time of it.

18+ Consent

Here are the steps you must take to access the NSFW channels in the discord server:

Step 1: Fill out the below form with:- First Field: Discord Username
- Second field: Specify whether you want to join the Text-only channel, the media (images + videos) channel, or both
- In the third field, type accept@consent.form
- In the fourth field, please provide a link to a photo you take of a piece of paper with the following info written on it: ***Your discord username, today's date, and the following statement:
"I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and agree to Honeydewphoria's NSFW rules."I highly recommend using https://imgbb.com to upload the image as they value privacy and allow automatic deletion of uploaded images after a period. Additionally, please do NOT include any identifying information in your photo other than your discord username for your own protection. We do not want or need a picture of you, your face, or any sort of identification.- Check the checkbox to acknowledge the rules.Step 2: Click the submit button.

We have these precautions in place to ensure that minors do not gain access to channels where sexual content is discussed and have evidence if it comes to our attention that someone lied to gain access. We apologize for making this as gatekeep-y as it is. Hopefully you understand given the recent trend of trans discord community leaders being dragged through the mud with false grooming accusations that this is a necessary precaution to protect our members and the community as a whole. The form to submit your request is below.

Jackbox Party Games

For our regular Jackbox nights, here are listings and descriptions for all the jackbox games we have available.

Standalone Games

These games are not from any Jackbox Party Pack.

Drawful 2

Players: 3-8Type: Drawing

The game follows a basic structure of players receiving prompts and having to draw said prompt on their devices. All players will then see the other players' drawings in turn and come up with a fake answer for that drawing. Afterwards, players then need to guess what the actual drawing is from the answers on screen. If they guess the correct prompt, both the player that drew the prompt and those that guessed it get points. If a player-suggested answer is chosen, only the person who wrote it will get points.

Word Spud

Players: 2-8Type: WitPlaytime: ...Unlimited?

Word Spud begins by giving one player a simple word, such as "real" or "life". The player must then come up with a fitting or witty word or phrase to follow it, like "world" or "'s a bitch". During this, the other players may type in their own ideas, which will pop up above their icons. Afterwards, the other players vote on the quality of the entry, giving it a check or an X. Every check is worth one point, and every X takes one away. If the entry received a positive score, that word (or the last word if it was a phrase) becomes the prompt for the next player, and the input appears in the background in the writer's color. Otherwise, the next player is given a new word.

Fibbage XL

Players: 2-8Type: DeceptionPlaytime: 15-20m

Baby? Rabbit? Ham sandwich? It’s up to you! Just make sure it’s somewhat plausible in order to rack up points. When everyone’s submissions are presented anonymously, it’s up to you to see if you can spot which absurd answer is actually the truth.Players can also play for the coveted “Thumbs Cup,” which awards bonus points to the answers that are especially clever. That’s right. You can finally impress your family with a pointless trophy!

Honeydewphoria's logo.
Honeydewphoria's logo.

Drawful

Players: 3-8Type: DrawingPlaytime: 15-20m

In Drawful, each player receives a weird and unique prompt that they must try to draw on their mobile device (without the aid of an eraser). After each “artist” presents their work, everyone else anonymously submits a title that could fit this bizarre drawing. Your goal is to somehow find the correct prompt while fooling other players into selecting your decoy answer. Bonus points are awarded to those who submitted decoys that are especially clever or dumb… it’s usually the dumb ones. You probably should just look for Drawful 2 in standalone games.

Lie Swatter

Players: 2-100Type: DeductionPlaytime: ~ (yes that's all it says on the jackbox website lol)

In Lie Swatter, players are given a fact and must quickly decide if it’s True or a Lie. Get it wrong and the bug gets squashed! But get it right…and the bug also gets squashed, but you get points. Up to 100 players can drop in and out at any time, even after the game has already started.

Fibbage 2

Players: 2-8Type: DeceptionPlaytime: 15-20m

Unlike the first Fibbage, there are more than 500 brand-new questions (2x the amount in the original) and the deFIBrillator, a new feature that removes all of the choices except for one lie and one truth! Not in the mood to host a party? In Fibbage 2, you can play the game with just two people.

Earwax

Players: 3-8Type: SoundPlaytime: 15-20m

In Earwax, players must creatively work within some constraints to produce an auditory experience that best captures a phrase. Let’s say you get the prompt: “The craziest football halftime show.” You then choose two sound effects from a short list that best sum up the prompt. A car alarm and a donkey braying? Sure. A donkey braying followed by a long fart sound? Now we’re talking.During each round, an appointed judge decides which sound effect pairing is the best. The player who creates the most winning sounds is crowned the champion! [trumpet sound followed by a wet fart].

Bidiots

Players: 3-6Type: BiddingPlaytime: 15-20m

In Bidiots, players are given a prompt to create a “masterpiece” on their mobile device. Then the auction begins. Throughout the bidding process, you are given hidden tips on your phone about which works of art (based on the prompt) are worth the most or least amount of money. Players bid accordingly and win by earning the highest profit with their purchased pieces. The problem? Well… let’s just say that paintings can look VERY abstract. If you spend your money too quickly, you can always call the team at Predatory Loans to get some emergency fast cash… but be careful. The word “predatory” is in their name after all.

Quiplash XL

Players: 3-8Type: WitPlaytime: 15-20m

There are no rules or correct answers. Trust your gut and type in your response. Your answer will be pitted against another player’s answer in a head-to-head battle. Other players – and even an audience of up to 10,000 people – then vote on their favorite answer. It’s that simple. You read that right. While the game accommodates 3-8 players, it supports up to 10,000 active participants in the Audience, all of whom have the ability to affect the vote! More than 8 people at your party? Nobody has to sit out. Playing on a stream? Your viewers can join in and actually participate in the game. Want to include all those mannequins you have in your basement? Sorry, can’t help you there.

Bomb Corp

Players: 1-4Type: CooperationPlaytime: 15-20m

In Bomb Corp., each player receives different instructions on their phone and needs to share information with others to collectively complete the task in a short amount of time. If you don’t, you’ll ruin your chances of employment after college. Also, you’ll blow up and die.Bomb Corp. has two modes:The Job: A story mode where you progress through several weeks at Bomb. Corp
The Grind: For players whohate stories and just want to play the puzzles already, dang it!
The farther you get along in your internship, the more you discover how weird office dynamics can truly get. Good luck!

Quiplash 2

Create themed episodes for a holiday party, bachelorette party, dog birthday party… the options are endless! Learn more about how to create a custom episode of Quiplash 2 here.Quiplash 2 also features new final round categories like the “Comic Lash,” where players fill in the missing dialogue in a cartoon strip. Trivia Murder Party

Players: 2-8Type: TriviaPlaytime: 15-20m

Minigames range from trying to drink from a non-poisoned chalice, memorizing murder weapon patterns, and making the longest word you can from a block of ransom note letters, just to name a few. It all comes down to a mad dash to the exit as everyone answers rapid-fire trivia questions to be the first one out the door.Keep playing the game to discover easter eggs and sequels. And whatever you do, do NOT call 701-645-DEAD. Don’t do it!!!

Guesspionage

Players: 2-8Type: DeductionPlaytime: 10-15m

Each turn, a single player makes their guess between 0-100%, based on the prompt. Then the other players wager whether the correct percentage is higher or lower than the guess. The player that guessed gets points for how close they were to the truth. The other players get points for guessing the over/under correctly. And, everyone gets to enjoy a good chuckle at how weird we are as a species. If you’re playing with a small group of friends, the correct answers are based on the “highly scientific” Jackbox polling data that we’ve baked into the game. But if you play with an audience, each audience member gets to answer the poll question in real time, and their answers determine the correct percentage. What percentage of your group of friends/family (or streaming audience) puts ketchup on their hotdogs? You’re about to find out.

Tee K.O.

Players: 3-8Type: DrawingPlaytime: ~30m

In Tee K.O., players are on the clock to create drawings and write as many slogans as possible. Then all the pictures and slogans are shuffled to other players at random. Whoever combines their drawings and slogans to create the best t-shirt wins, as designs are pitted against each other in head-to-head battles. The t-shirts with the highest votes in each round must survive the gauntlet to become the best. Tee… K.O. Get it?

Fakin' It

Players: 3-6Type: DeceptionPlaytime: 15-20m

In each round, players get simple instructions on their phone like “raise your hand if you’ve continued eating food after finding a hair in it.” Easy enough. Except one player, The Faker, doesn’t have the instructions and has to blend in as if they do. Notice everyone raising their hand? Quick, raise yours too! But when the prompt is revealed and everyone asks about your disgusting hair-eating habits, you’d better come up with a quick lie to explain yourself. It’s the players’ job to find the Faker by grilling everyone on their answers, and the Faker’s job to lie like crazy and shift the blame to someone else. Find the Faker in three rounds or they’ll go free and earn a ton of points. Play with the best poker face and you may just win it all.

Fibbage 3

Players: 2-8Type: DeceptionPlaytime: 15-20m

Like its prequels, Fibbage 3 gives you the joyful task of fooling your friends with clever lies. Players submit their best “truths” to fill the blank in a piece of obscure trivia. Everyone then votes on which “truth”they think correctly completes the fact. You can still win the Thumbs Cup and you can still rely on the “Lie for Me” button if you’re stumped.Want that same Fibbage-y feel but more personalized? Then check out the all-new game mode, Fibbage: Enough About You. This bonus version of the game can be accessed in the Fibbage 3 lobby. Instead of weird facts about the greater world, you’re completing odd facts about the friends you’re playing with!In the final round, players submit one truth and one lie about themselves and you’re forced to prove how well you know your friends, coworkers, or that one weird cousin you only see once a year. Fooling players with lies about yourself earns you major bonus points. You also get a “Reputation Bonus” when players prove they know you well enough to guess the truth correctly.

Survive The Internet

Players: 3-8Type: Take people out of contextPlaytime: 20m

During each round, players get a different prompt on their device that asks a simple, opinion-based question like, “How do you feel about Fidget Cubes?” Let’s say you’re wildly addicted to them, so you respond with, “I’m addicted to them!”That response is then randomly sent to another player. Their objective is to take your quote out of context in the funniest way they can. So your opponent might add a hashtag to make it seem like you’re addicted to #HomeworkAssignments, #Swirlies, #UndercookedFrenchFries, or some other thing that makes you look like a total putz! Then, everyone votes on who comes out looking the most ridiculous. You earn bonus points for being the person who made them look that way! And our putz friends earn some pity points for sacrificing their reputation. The player with the most points at the end “survives.”

Monster Seeking Monster

Players: 3-7Type: Deception DatingPlaytime: 15-20m

Monster Seeking Monster is a dating-themed party game where players send each other secret messages trying to set up dates. After each round, you discover who chose to date each other… and who was betrayed.Oh, and did we mention you’re also all secretly monsters with different hidden powers? Maybe you’ll get extra points for spreading vampirism. Maybe you’ll gain or lose points depending on whether you date someone during a full moon. Or maybe, just maybe, you’re the scariest thing of all: a ventriloquist puppet.Players are awarded hearts for matching with other players and bonus hearts that relate to their special hidden powers. Throughout the game, monsters are revealed and you have the opportunity to counteract their powers. But you can ignore all that if you want, and just use Monster Seeking Monster as another excuse to type funny things in on your mobile device that will make your friends laugh.Just… be careful about the robot, okay?

Bracketeering

Players: 3-16Type: WitPlaytime: 15-20m

In Bracketeering, players submit answers to bizarre questions and categories like “Best thing to hold in your online dating profile picture” or “Coolest person to clone an army of.” Those answers then duke it out in a tournament-style instant-elimination bracket, until the championship answer is crowned. It’s not only about entering funny answers. It’s about discovering earth-shattering truths about what your friends and fellow players believe to be true. Predicting winners of future match-ups (and convincing others to agree with you) could be your path to victory, even if an answer you typed in doesn’t take the top prize. But things really get cooking in the Blind Round, where players submit their entries before they know the true title of the bracket. The game might ask you for “any animal,” but you could regret choosing “baby hedgehog” when the category is revealed to be “Awesomest animal to guard your children.” Whether your answer fits perfectly or is hilariously mischosen, you can still win it all with savvy predictions and a convincing argument. Even if it means betting against yourself.

Civic Doodle

Players: 3-8Type: DrawingPlaytime: ~20m

To start, two players draw at once, adding whatever they choose to a simple starter drawing. Other players and audience members can react with an onscreen emoji in real time as the drawings emerge. Doodle Valley’s Mayor (who you may recognize if you’re a longtime YOU DON’T KNOW JACK fan) gives out bonus points for whatever emoji strikes his fancy at the end of the match. When the time’s up, everyone votes on which drawing is the “best.” The winner’s drawing becomes the new “base drawing” that the next two players add to, in the same fashion as the first round. After everyone has drawn twice, you get to see your finished masterpiece displayed in a place of honor in the town! (Again, this seems like a really ill-advised decision made by the local government.)In the final round, the Mayor commissions you and your fellow players to paint a portrait for the town hall. (Is someone trying to punish this poor town??) This culminates in a drawing free-for-all where everyone competes at once. Name your portrait something truly inspired, then admire the final result. The player who made the most popular additions wins!

Split the Room

Players: 3-8Type: WitPlaytime: 15m

In this surreal game of what-ifs, players are given a weird hypothetical situation that’s missing one key detail. Like this one:The hot new Christmas toy is a cute robotic otter that’s programmed to hold hands with you and say nice things. A bug has been found where once every 100,000 times it will whisper “_____.” You’re the CEO. Do you recall the toy?Your objective is to fill in the blank with something you think will divide the room’s response. The more divisive it is, the more points you get.The game culminates with an insane final round composed of distressing dilemmas. Two doors await you. It’s up to you to make the second choice as appealing as the first.

Mad Verse City

Players: 3-8Type: Write Lyrics (Wit)Playtime: 15-20m

In Mad Verse City, you hear your MC avatar rap the bars that you’ve written (they’re a little robotic, but they’re doing their best). Feeling a bit off your lyrical game? Use the “Write for Me” and “Suggestions” buttons to help. Once you submit your rhyme, smash the “Fire” and “Boo” buttons to react to the other players during the battle. At stake are mountains of cash, and the respect of whatever is left of Mad Verse City when you’re done!

Role Models

Players: 3-6Type: CategorizationPlaytime: 15m

In Role Models, you and your friends become guinea pigs for a mad scientist studying human nature. Just choose a category, like Alice in Wonderland, then match each of the players (including yourself) to a “role” within that category. For example, your carefree buddy might be the Mad Hatter, and the creepy weirdo of the group might be the Cheshire Cat. If the test subjects are split on who’s who, tied players perform a tiebreaker experiment tailored specifically to that role to determine who truly deserves the title. The host awards you with delicious “science pellets” for voting with the majority, and for winning tiebreaker games, but the real payoff is in seeing your final master role, made up of all the previous roles you’ve earned in the experiment. If you got Captain America, Pikachu, and “slept through my alarm,” you might be crowned the “Lazy Electric Patriot” of your friend group. And once it’s official, there’s no escaping that title. That’s science, baby.

Joke Boat

Players: 2-8Type: Wit/Jokes (optional speech)Playtime: 15-25m

You’ll learn the ropes under Chuck Hull, the ship’s captain and emcee. But don’t let his name fool you. The horrors he’s witnessed out at sea have done a real number to his sense of humor…ANYWAY, the game culminates with a frantic final round where you attempt to one-up other players’ jokes while the boat is capsizing. As the saying goes: “Winners get life vests!”Are you on board? Then join us as we sail the sea of laughter!

Dictionarium

Players: 3-8Type: DefinitionPlaytime: 10m

In the Dictionarium, you’re served up hot, fresh, never-seen-before words and it’s your job to define them. The definition with the most votes wins, but you’re not off the hook yet! You’ll also come up with a synonym and use the word in a sentence.By the end of the game, you’ve collectively created an entirely new dictionary entry, which will be forever enshrined in the Dictionarium by it’s faithful keeper. She’s upbeat, odd, and Northern European…we think? We didn’t ask her in the beginning and now it’s too late.

Push The Button

Players: 4-10Type: Hidden Role/DeceptionPlaytime: Varies by Player Count

You’ll scrutinize text responses in the Writing Pod, critique crude doodles in the Drawing Quarters, eyeball odd choices in the Deliberation Deck and attack tough takes in the Opinion Hold.Once a player thinks they have it figured out, they can shove the accused into the airlock and PUSH THE BUTTON!!! Players: 3-8Type: WitPlaytime: ~15m

Players enter a head-to-head battle of the wits by answering a comedic prompt and letting the other players (and the audience) decide which they like best!Is that it? Uh, no.Quiplash 3 now has a moderation feature that allows responses to be seen prior to being displayed on screen. Additionally, a new filtering option allows profanity and hateful speech to be blocked before even reaching moderation. So, that’s it, right?Thank you for asking, but no! Quiplash 3 has a new final round called Thriplash, where the prompts ask players to enter three responses. That’s three times the chances to be funny!

The Devils and The Details

Players: 3-8Type: BargainingPlaytime: ~15m

In The Devils and The Details, you use your phone to tap, swipe, spin, and scrub your way through a fast and furious barrage of timed household tasks. Each player takes on the role of parent, teen, or kid, and many tasks require you to coordinate with others in the family. Get ready to whine at your best friend (who is now your mom) until they drive you to soccer practice. Or viciously scold your entire friend group for not helping you make dinner. The family does best when you all work together to keep the house running smoothly. But don’t forget, “Hell is other people.” If you give into your devilish nature and take on selfish tasks, like skipping Grandma’s birthday to go make out with your boyfriend, you can earn big points for yourself, leaving the rest of the family to pick up your slack.

Champ'd Up

Players: 3-8Type: DrawingPlaytime: ~20m

In Champ’d Up, players battle for two rounds to see who will win the vote as the GOAT. In the first half, players are tasked to draw and name two types of characters: a champion and a challenger. First, they create a champion character based on the prompt they receive, like “The Champion of Cute.” Then, that character (but not the prompt) gets sent to another player who has to discern what the contest/prompt is, and create what they hope is a worthy challenger. When the action starts, favorites are pitted against underdogs and mayhem ensues. The second half starts out the same, but there is a wrinkle once the action resumes. Each head-to-head contest will include a follow-up match that’s a surprise to both players. Here’s where the players need to make an important decision. They can either tag out their fighter with one of their previous characters, or they can keep them in to possibly earn some bonus points. And if you play a subsequent game with the same players, you can tag in your previous game characters during the second half. Get ready to get slammed with call-backs!

Talking Points

Players: 3-8Type: SpeakingPlaytime: 20-40m

In Talking Points, you and your friends take turns giving short speeches that revolve entirely around responding to slides that you have not seen in advance. If it’s a text slide you read the text out loud, if it’s a picture slide… you say whatever comes to mind, whether it makes sense or… well, it probably won’t make sense. In addition, you’ll all take turns being the Assistant to one of the other Speakers. While they speak, you use your phone or tablet to pick the next set of slides. Maybe a picture of a flock of birds is exactly what they need to underscore the nuanced point they’re making. Or maybe you’ll pick a picture of a dumpster fire just to see what happens.Everyone else responds to the speeches and slides with their moment-to-moment real time reactions. Because what piece of data could be more important than whether your spontaneous fart joke “moved the needle” of public opinion?Players also have the opportunity to personalize the game with written comments on each other’s speeches and coming up with names for the big award they give out at the end.

Blather Round

Players: 2-6Type: WitPlaytime: 15-30m depending on player count

The first thing you do in Blather ‘Round is choose a prompt. It could be a person, place, thing or story. Within each category, the prompts vary widely! A “person” could be anyone from an actual human being (ex: our lord and savior Oprah Winfrey) to an anthropomorphic dog (ex: Scooby Doo). Then, everyone takes a turn presenting. When it’s your turn, you describe your prompt by tapping words to fill out a sentence. But your options are very limited! You might want to call Scooby Doo a “cartoon dog detective” but you might end up calling him a “ravenous mystery beast.”As you create more elaborate sentences, your fellow players are submitting guesses. You can help steer the guessing by incorporating their guesses into some of your sentences. As soon as someone guesses your prompt correctly, your turn is over!

Job Job

Players: 3-10Type: WitPlaytime: 15-25m

Meet M. Bubbles! The bubbly boss (and sentient water cooler) is here to guide you through a revolutionary job interview experience.First, players answer some simple icebreaker questions. You can answer these any way you want (feel free to ignore the question itself!), as long as your answers are five words or more. The sentences you write are shuffled and sent to other players. Now it’s time for the interview! You can use any word (or punctuation) from the sentences you have been given to answer two interview questions. Here’s a secret tip: you can ALSO use any word on your controller, including words from the question itself! Feeling stuck, you can SHUFFLE or SORT the words on your controller to get new inspiration, or press START FOR ME and the game will pick three random words to get you started. Then players go head-to-head, and everyone votes for their favorite answers. You get points for a winning answer, and the people that wrote the words you used, they also get points!

Weapons Drawn

Players: 4-8Type: Social DeductionPlaytime: 20-40m

Weapons Drawn is a murder mystery game where everyone is a murderer and a detective. Maybe you’ll be the best murderer. Maybe you’ll be the best detective. Or possibly some combination of both.At the beginning players are prompted to draw two “weapons” (things like “zoo animal” or “big cannon”). Each player also has a calling card, a letter from their name that they’ll have to try to hide in each of their drawings. One weapon will be attached to the player as a reference drawing for everyone to see. The other drawing will be dropped at a crime scene whenever they successfully commit a murder.Players also write the made-up name of an Accomplice, a guest they’re bringing to the party as bait for the other murderers. If you correctly guess who wrote an Accomplice’s name, you murder them. But each murder attempt also gives points to the player that wrote that name. So ideally Accomplice names draw attention to themselves without immediately giving away who wrote them. (Players don’t earn anything for Accomplices surviving until the end. You want other players to try to murder them.)When the lights go out it’s time to try to murder an Accomplice before the other players do. Luckily if you guess wrong you’re given a small clue and (after a short cool-down timer) more chances.Once the lights come on it’s time to investigate. Murders are presented in sets of two, for the players to vote on which to solve (and which, for now, to set aside). If you’re one of those murderers, you might want to try to get players to vote for the other case. After it’s narrowed down to one case everyone votes for who they think did it. The player with the most votes get revealed as either Innocent or Guilty. And players who guessed correctly get points (whether it’s revealed or not).

The Wheel of Enormous Proportions

Players: 3-8Type: TriviaPlaytime: 15-25m

In the beginning… you are invited by the omniscient Wheel to ask any question that gnaws at your soul, anything at all. Suppose you want to know who your soulmate is or what is the best pizza topping. No question is beyond the Wheel’s infinite wisdom to answer. But all players must survive a contest of trivia and wheel-spinning first. The Wheel only bestows its knowledge on the game’s champion.Once assembled on the Wheel’s sacred summit in the sky, players are challenged to play an enlightened brand of trivia. Every trivia round is followed by a round of wheel-spinning.In each trivia round (a maximum of three prompts per round), you must type out or tap on answers that satisfy each prompt. For the core minigame, you tap as many correct answers as you can before time runs out. Randomly mixed in are five other minigames that require you to:enter number values
type out a list of answers
match items from two columns
select the best possible answer between two choices
guess what the Wheel is thinking based on clues
Following each prompt, the most successful players are awarded more slices of the Wheel for the upcoming spinning round. But the Wheel is benevolent so nobody goes away empty-handed. After the final question of each trivia round, the Wheel gives that question’s winner a Power Slice, a special form of currency.
Now it’s time to spin! First, you strategically place your earned slices into slots on the Wheel’s face (slots may be shared among multiple players). The excitement begins when players alternate spinning the Wheel. With each spin, anyone can accrue points. Sometimes you can lose them. The player who earned the Power Slice gets a points boost if the Wheel stops on it.The goal is to earn 20,000 points, an achievement that puts you in position to vanquish your opponents with a lucky spin of the Winner Wheel. If the Wheel stops on a slice with your name on it, you move onto…(CUE angelic choral music)The Wisdom Wheel. This is it, the proverbial moment of truth. Remember that burning question you asked at the start? As winner of the game, you’ll have it answered with one final twirl of the Wheel. Will it be… pepperoni, anchovies, or something completely unexpected?Only the Wheel knows for sure.
